These terms govern your use of the TheGymCrowd website at thegymcrowd.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site currently is

TheGymCrowd is a pre-launch platform. At present, the Site allows you to register your interest in future investment opportunities. No investment opportunities are currently listed and no transactions can be made through the Site.

When the platform launches, it will connect UK-based certified investors with independent gym and leisure operators raising equity capital. These terms will be updated before any investment functionality goes live.

3. Regulatory status

TheGymCrowd is in the process of establishing its regulatory position with the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). We are not currently authorised or regulated by the FCA. Full details of our regulatory status will be confirmed and published on this Site before any investment opportunities are listed.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a financial promotion, an offer of securities, or investment advice. Registering your interest does not commit you to any investment.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

When investment opportunities are available, access will be restricted to investors who have completed the required self-certification process (High Net Worth Individual or Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005).
